Full service design involves both Joey and Kristine working together to create a home that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but functional as well. Having both an architect and a designer work as a team to create the space ensures that no detail is left out.
Residential design starts at $2.50/square foot.
Commercial Design
Our architectural team is passionate about designing homes that our clients will love for years to come. Selecting an architect is an important part of the design process, that's why we offer a free initial consultation in order for potential clients to get to know us and see what we can offer. We work hand in hand with clients and their contractors to ensure each element of the home is designed specifically to their liking. Each set of plans includes everything you will need for a smooth transition from the design phase all the way to move in. Whether it’s a renovation or a new construction project we are committed to designing the home of your dreams.
Interior Design
Our design team strives to create spaces that are both visually pleasing and functional. We work collectively with clients and contractors in our office and at job sites to ensure complete satisfaction. Design services are offered as full design and on individual basis. Whether a small remodel or a full service project, we strive to create an interior that reflects each client’s unique personality.
Interior design pricing starts at $200.00/hour.
3-D Renderings
Many people find it difficult to visualize what the finished product of their home or interior space will look like. We offer a 3-D rendering service that not only helps give client's a better picture of their space, but also brings it to life.
Renovations
Exterior updates, either a full makeover or a few thoughtful custom details can transform a house into a home. We work closely with our clients to help create a home they love.
